Anzac Hotel

When we first came to check-in to the hotel we were greeted by amazing staff. They had a parking spot available for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we are happy with everything and enjoy our stay. We were so impressed and happy how attentive and caring they were. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, close to everything. I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel to everyone.

Location was the main attraction when booking and it is perfect if you want easy access to the ferry within 200m of the property and easy access to the centre of Canakkale. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and is in a fairly lively area. Parking is 150m away down the adjacent street and I paid 5 Euro for two nights, super cheap! Hotel is small and compact and has all you need, its been around a while, but it was clean and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate and I had a good sleep. Shower had great water pressure and good hot water which is a must for me. The bonus though were front desk staff, very friendly and polite, especially the gentleman on night shift who has been there 10 years, I am bad with names but you know who I mean. He was outstanding, very polite and helpful and because of people like him you get return business. I would stay again and will be back next year for ANZAC Day celebrations in April.
